System change made. We now issue invoices via ISSNet, but remember that there has been a reset, meaning new RPS will be number 1 instead of close to 30,000 as before.

The Goiânia city government will be switching its electronic service invoice system to ISSNet. We'll need to rewrite the invoice issuance system while we await feedback from the FocusNFE team.
